Dr. Courville has been at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 1994 and has owned the practice since 1998. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University's School of Veterinary Science.
Dr. Newman has been practicing since 2004, but has been with Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2012. She graduated from the School of Veterinary Science at LSU in 2004.
Dr. Whatley has been practicing medicine at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2017. After working part time as a kennel assistant in high school, Dr. Whatley always knew that Sulphur Animal Clinic was going to be her dream job.
Registered Veterinary Technicians
Brandi Lacey, RVT
Brandi graduated from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and has been a registered veterinary technician for over 20 years. She currently has 5 dogs, 3 horses and a tank full of fish. Brandi possess a wealth of knowledge and experience and loves to work on dental procedures.
Sarah Martin, RVT
Sarah Martin graduated from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and completed her certification in 2017. After completing her internship with us, Sarah was destined to make Sulphur Animal Clinic her work home. Her dog, Twix, is often a blood donor at the clinic and used as an advocate for pit bulls.
Alaina has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2012 and spent her first few years as a receptionist. Now she is working as an assistant and finishing her education to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Sandra has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2015. She graduated from Northwestern University in Veterinary Technology. Sandra is known for having great organizational skills and innovative ideas.
Laiken has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2017. Despite her experience working in a clinic before, Laiken is enjoying the change of pace and family atmosphere of Sulphur Animal Clinic.
Macee joined the Sulphur Animal Clinic team in 2017. While this is her first experience working in the veterinary field, she is loving what she does. Macee is continuing her education with Penn Foster to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Kelly joined our team in 2019. While this is her first experience in the veterinary field, she came to us with experience working in an animal setting as a kennel attendant. She continues gain knowledge as a veterinary assistant each day.
Haley has been working in the veterinary field since 2017. She is enjoying meeting pet owners and learning about animals. She has three dogs at home.
Angela has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2015. She enjoys offering excellent customer service
Lynsey has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2008. She has filled almost every roll here at the clinic.
Alesha has been in the veterinary field for many years and has worked as an assistant, kennel attendant, and receptionist. Alesha has a wealth of knowledge about pet care, and has a Golden Ret home.
Brook started as a kennel attendant and has recently became one of our receptionist. Brook enjoys customer service and has been a great addition to our front desk team.
Kristy has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2008. She is passionate about exceptional customer service and loves working with clients.
Chloe has been working at Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2016. Fun fact: Chloe and Ashleigh are twins!
Sarah joined our team in 2019, she works as a kennel attendant and is training to become a veterinary assistant
Gillian joined our team in 2019. She has been a great addition to our team.
Phyllis has been with Sulphur Animal Clinic since 2004! She loves what she does and gives specialized treatment to each one of her patients. Phyllis has a menagerie of cats of her own at home.
Lyndzi joined Sulphur Animal Clinic in 2019. She gives all of her patients the extra care and love they need while boarding.

Stray-ce joined our Sulphur Animal Clinic family in 2016. She takes her lounging job very seriously. You will catch her on her favorite kitty bed or eating her favorite kibble.
